I waited an eternity (it reminded me of it, anyway) at peak times. also, the breakfast area was way too small. i often had to juggle my plate while searching for a free table or just eat standing up. not the relaxing start to the day i had hoped for.

I enjoyed a really clean space. the hotel validated parking at a nearby garage (a couple blocks away), which was convenient. i especially appreciated the staff's friendliness. They were always ready to assist, especially at the front desk.

the staff seemed very friendly . complimentary happy hour included free snacks and drinks each evening. the location was very central, and I found REAL nutella at breakfast. THE breakfast selection offered a decent variety of quick to-go items.
it was hard to communicate with the hotel via email prior to my stay.
